Pathways Dental works collaboratively with referring dentists and physicians to assist with the assessment and management of Sleep Related Breathing Disorders (SRBD), Temporomandibular Joint Disorders (TMD), and patients requiring moderate or deep sedation for dental treatment.

Our goal is to provide focused evaluation and treatment when indicated, communicate findings clearly, and return patients to your office for ongoing dental care.

Sedation Dentistry

Pathways Dental provides sedation support for patients who may otherwise struggle to tolerate dental treatment.

Services include:

  • Moderate sedation
  • Deep sedation / IV sedation
  • Care for severe dental anxiety
  • Management of extensive treatment
  • Care for medically complex patients
  • Sedation services for adults and children

Referring dentists may send patients specifically for sedation-supported treatment.

Collaborative Sleep Care

Pathways Dental works in collaboration with a sleep physician who consults directly at our office, helping provide a streamlined evaluation and treatment pathway for patients with sleep breathing concerns.

This collaborative approach allows for:

  • Review of sleep studies when available
  • Clinical evaluation of snoring or airway concerns
  • Discussion of treatment options
  • Coordinated care when oral appliance therapy or other interventions are appropriate

This integrated approach helps ensure patients receive appropriate evaluation and coordinated care.
